Black Hair with Blonde Hair Dye...?

If you want any color to really show up after dying it black, your best option is too use a hair color remover. You can find hair color remover at walmart, walgreens, or anywhere that sells hair dye really. After stripping it, its kinda good to wait a couple days then dye it again. It might not completely show up, but it will show up alot more. Hope I helped!
