In zelda ocarina of time am I in a glitch (READ BELOW)?

I beat the water temple and then I got the fire arrows and I'm supposed to go to karkariko village next and theres supposed to be a cutscene with everything on fire but instead everythings normal when I go there, am I in a glitch or am I missing something?
