What is a good bow for a beginner under $60?

My mom bought me a lil' sioux recurve bow set for my birthday. It is inacurate and the arrow will veer right or left. I think the set was around $19.99,so I didnt expect much.I am 13 and have no income so it cant be expensive.Thanks
