It's about this girl..?

So I think this girl at my workplace likes me a lot. She constantly taps my a.s.s, makes jokes and direct eye contact with me. One time, me, her and a 3 of our co-workers(ages ranging from 18-22) went to the movies to see Meet the Flockers. She paid for my ticket. (this was no more than 1 month of me starting to work there). She doesn't hesitate to tap my a.s.s and does it several times a shift. She always ran and hugged my mid-section saying, "OMG, I missed you!." All of those signs just point to her liking me but I don't want to jump to conclusions since for one, she's 3-4 years older than me. Another occasion, she was talking to one my managers saying how she likes young guys(I got that light bulb on top of my head when I heard that). So does this mean that she likes me? Should I take the chance to find out? I think she has some sort of sexual attraction to me since again, she taps my a.s.s, and she always feels my abs and chest. To add on, the women at my workplace all say that I'm cute and handsome and tell me all that good-looking type compliments. So, I would like to know if my hunches are correct. I prefer answers from women but anything related to my question and her will be of help also. Thanks in advance.
