Vista Start Menu Visual Help?

I am running Windows Vista Home Premium SP2. When I first installed Vista, on the bottom-right hand corner of my Start Menu I had icons: Shutdown: Log off: and an arrow for extras(What it looked like: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/21/vistahelp2.jpg/). I wanted to change my appearance to look like Windows 7, so I downloaded some Windows 7 themes for Vista, but I didn't like them so I found a Windows 8 Theme for Vista, it changed my start menu to look like Windows 7: it had text for the shutdown button, the log off button was gone, and the extras. I had been currently using that one, but I decided to try some more Windows 7 themes so I installed Windows 7 Transformation Pack 5.1, but it didn't work so I system restored it back to an earlier time, but when I did, it messed up the icons, I want to change it back to it's original style, what should I do? I don't have the disc to reinstall Vista. (Here is what it looks like now: http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/87/vistahelp.jpg/)
